Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up most in the support chat, answered the way support answers them — with mechanics and numbers rather than slogans. Anything not covered here is one message away in the bot.
Accounts and login
You log in with your Telegram account — that is the entire registration. There is no password to invent, no e-mail to confirm, and no document upload at any stage. The session lives inside Telegram and ends when you end it.
Deals, quotes and fees
Each request gets a one-time receiving address and an exact amount. The quote is locked for a limited window; a transfer that confirms after the window is recalculated at the conditions of that moment, openly, in the request. The price consists of a mid-market reference, a spread and a service fee with a published minimum — all three are shown before you confirm.
The first deal is processed without a service fee, and consultation in the bot is free: both are standing conditions for new users, not a seasonal promotion.
Fiat payouts
Payout directions and their timing depend on the banking side: domestic card routes are usually quick, cross-border ones take longer, and receiving banks apply their own policies and fees. The current list of supported directions is always shown in the bot, because it changes — a static table on a website would be a lie by omission.
Frequently asked questions
Do I ever need to send a passport or a selfie?
No. Login is your Telegram account, and deal matching works by a one-time address plus the exact amount. Incoming funds are screened by their blockchain history — questions, if any, are about the coins, not your documents.
Why did my request get recalculated?
The quote window expired before the network confirmed your transfer. The request shows the recalculation openly — the new reference, the spread and the fee — instead of silently paying out a different number.
I sent a slightly different amount. What now?
The coins are on the chain, but automatic matching will not fire. Write in the request chat with the transaction hash and the amount you actually sent — support resolves this manually; it is a routine case, just not an instant one.
Can the service move my funds without me?
No. The wallet side is watch-only: the server holds no private keys and has no signing capability. Withdrawals are prepared as offline operations and signed by you.
How do I check that my transfer arrived?
The transaction hash is in the request — paste it into any public TRON explorer. It shows the amount, the address and the confirmation status without any account, and it is the same data the service itself works from.
Which languages does support speak?
English, Chinese and Russian, inside the same chat. The site and the application are fully translated in all three languages as well.
Ready to exchange?
The affiliated GF-PAY service runs non-custodial USDT deals in its Telegram bot — one-time address per order, exact-amount matching.
