The bot is the support
Every question — pricing, a direction's availability, a stuck transfer, a mismatched amount — is asked in the same bot where the request lives. This keeps the deal's context attached to the conversation about it, which is exactly what makes answers fast and precise.
The web application at the /app address is the same service with a bigger screen: your requests, balances and history, opened with your Telegram account.
How to get a useful answer quickly
Include the request number and the transaction hash when the question is about a specific deal — these two lines turn a question into a lookup. For general questions (directions, limits, conditions), ask directly; the answer will be the current live values, not a recitation of this site.
A note on fake contacts
No "support agent" of GF-PAY writes first, and no real representative will ever ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or a "verification payment". The only official bot is linked from this page and from every page of this site. Anyone contacting you from elsewhere, claiming to be GF-PAY, is not GF-PAY.
