Terms of Use
These terms state plainly what the service does, what is final and irreversible in it, and what remains your responsibility. Using the bot or the application means you have read this page — it exists so that nothing important is a surprise.
What the service is
GF-PAY provides exchange requests between USDT (TRC20) and fiat currencies, virtual card issuance and management, a watch-only view of crypto balances, and related support. The service does not provide investment advice, custody of private keys, or guarantees about market prices. Quotes are computational offers tied to a moment in time, not commitments about the future.
Quotes, windows and recalculation
A quote is valid for a limited window. If a transfer confirms after the window, the request is recalculated at current conditions, and the recalculation is visible in the request. Fees are published per direction with a minimum; nothing beyond the shown components is deducted by the service. The fiat side's timing and intermediary fees belong to banking systems and are not promised by anyone at GF-PAY.
On-chain finality and your responsibilities
Confirmed transfers in TRON are irreversible — for the sender as well. You are responsible for the network choice, the receiving address you enter, and the exactness of the amount you send; these are the three controls that prevent the vast majority of incidents. Key material is entirely yours: the service never holds it, and cannot recover funds whose keys are lost.
You confirm that the funds you exchange are lawfully obtained. Incoming transfers pass AML screening by blockchain history; deals whose history cannot be reasonably explained may be declined or held until resolved.
The application and its availability
The bot, the site and the web application are provided as they are, with their visible feature sets. Temporary unavailability of an interface does not affect funds on the blockchain — a property of watch-only architecture. Changes to supported directions, fees and conditions take effect for new requests; an accepted request keeps its recorded terms.
Disputes
Disputes are resolved through the request chat, on the basis of the record: the quote, the transaction hash and the chat log. Communicate substantively in writing — it is the only medium that becomes evidence. Where a dispute touches banking systems, the service provides its side of the record and cooperates, but cannot decide for a bank.
